Service That Left Us Asking

The spacious family room was a delight, providing ample space for our group. Breakfast offered a nice variety that kept our mornings pleasant.

However, our arrival was marred by missing amenities, and we had to repeatedly call for towels and toiletries. This service was disappointing for a hotel claiming to be a four-star establishment.

Some parts impressed, others didn’t

The suite room was impressively large, featuring two separate WCs for convenience. Located centrally, the hotel offers peaceful nights, with efficient AC and 24/7 hot water.

Regrettably, the breakfast options were unremarkable, with limited dishes available and no fresh bread at all. Staff handling the breakfast area seemed overwhelmed during peak hours.

A bit more variety in the breakfast menu would definitely enhance the stay. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, just a few tweaks needed to make it perfect.

the location here is fantastic, just a quick stroll to the historic center and a short walk to Senado Square. The nearby park offers a peaceful escape after a day of wandering. while the room was spacious and comfortable, it could have been cleaned more thoroughly during my stay.
